Added an "obstacle" image, where we write in the current ultrasound data
(like path_planning) using the webcam-derived position & orientation.
It works! I can detect and drive around obstacles pretty reliably!

Initial integration with msl/2d for rendering. I can now draw the rover5 at its true orientation and scale,
and draw in "ping" marks corresponding to the sensor returns!

Shuffled most "metadata" like model and version numbers into a separate
const-reference "class metadata" for robots & sensors. The idea is to save
storage space once we make a time-indexed database of robot states.

Made new "rasterCV" include directory, for bullseye detection and some path planning
rasterization code. Converted old path planner to new rasterization library.

This is a small library of OpenCV add-ons, centered around rasterization-type operations.
It provides:
- bullseye: gradient-based bullseye detector function.
- raster: basic rasterization toolbox.
