New Repository Features Available!

Now you can use SSH to access your repositories!

Using SSH

Now you can access your repositories by uploading a Secure Shell (SSH) public key so that you don't have to enter a passphrase anymore.

We also added Transport Layer Security (TLS) to access your repository using HTTP (secure) . This means your uploads and downloads are encrypted, and your Git remote address can begin with https instead of http. Any http requests are automatically redirected to https.

Adding a ".git" extension

Lastly, you must add the .git extension to the end of your repository name. We did this to align ourselves with the Gitolite repository naming convention.
